Bowling Towels

Gail did a third bowling towel. This one for Lewis, the dh.

Gail needed to get her Christmas gifts in the mail.
She whipped up two bowling towels for her dad and brother to include in the package.

UFO's No More

Mad has a lot on unfinished projects. She was able to complete three of them over the long weekend.

Earlier this year all the Jersey Girls took a class at Pastimes Quilt Shop on the 4 Patch Stacked Posie. Mad had needed to bind her quilt and she finally got around to it.

Quarterly Challenge

Katie and Cathy have been participating in Quilts and More Quarterly Challenge. First quarter challenge was a bag. Second quarter challenge was an apron. Third quarter challenge was a book cover. The forth and last quarter challenge was entitled "The Easiest Quilt Ever". Here are pictures of their quilts:

Cathy was also commissioned to make a quilt. These colors are the recipient's sorority colors.

Was a Shirt, Now a Quilt

Katie was commissioned to make two quilts out of tee shirts. A lot of work went into these quilts. The recipients will love them. Good job Katie.

Veteran's Day was a Quilting Day

The Jersey Girls got together on November 11 (Veteran's Day Holiday) for a day of sewing.

We meet at Cathy's house. It doesn't take long for us to trash her place, LOL.

The quilt above was done by Cat's mom, Ms. Mary, who is a Jersey Girl herself.

Patti is cutting out her block of the month. We are all working on the block of the month from the local quilt shop, Pastimes.

Gail is working on a tote bag project. The tote bag is made up of fat quarters.

Katie is busy working on a tee shirt quilt she is doing for someone. She put a lot of work into this project. The recipient is a lucky person.

Katie is working on her "Patti" challenge. Patti gave everyone some fabric to do a project with. So far only Katie has accepted the challenge.
